KHOA PARWAL REQUIRED- 6-7 parwal 1 bowl sugar 1/2 bowl mava ya khoa 1/2 bowl crushed coconut elaichi powder dry fruits edible silver paper edible colour METHOD- peel the parwal and make a cut in the middle. remove the seed inside the parwal , now do the same with each parwal . heat 2 glass of water in a pan , now put parwal in it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes till the parwal becomes transparent. sieve the parwal after cooking. now mix mix khoa, crushed coconut and dry fruits. after the parwal cools down squeeze it with y0ur hands and put the khoa mixer inside it. now heat sugar and water in a pan until it becomes syrup, remember that the syrup should not be too thick and its consistency should be like that of gulab jamun, now tie the parwal with a thread and let it cook in the sugar syrup for 5-6 minutes and add edible food color. then after it cools down, open the thread and decorate it with silver paper.
