DONUT🍩 REQUIRED- 1/2 CUP MILK 1 SMALL TABLESPOON VINEGAR 1CUP MAIDA 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR 1/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR 1/2 SMALL TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER 1/4 SMALL TABLESPOON BAKING SODA 1 PINCH SALT 1/2 SMALL TABLESPOON DALCHINI POWDER (CINNAMON POWDER) 1/4 CUP MELTED MAKHAN (BUTTER) 1 BIG TABLESPOON CURD TUTTI FRUTI GRATED COCONUT MELTED CHOCOLATE METHOD- MIX MILK AND VINEGAR IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE. MIX MAIDA ,WHEAT FLOUR ,SUGAR ,BAKING POWDER ,BAKING SODA ,SALT ,DALCHINI POWDER ,BUTTER AND CURD IN A SEPARATE BOWL.MIX MILK AND VINEGAR MIXTURE IN IT.VINEGAR IS OPTIONAL.MIX PROPERLY LIKE FLOUR AND KEEP IT COVERED FOR A W HILE. MAKE DOUGH BALLS AND LIKEWISE CUT ALL THE POODS INTO DONUT SHAPE AND FRY THEM IN GHEE TILL THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN. U CAN DECORATE IT WITH CHOCOLATE SYRUP, EDIBLE GLAZE, AND MANY MORE.
