KHOA PARWAL REQUIRED- 6-7 parwal 1 bowl sugar 1/2 bowl mava ya khoa 1/2 bowl crushed coconut elaichi powder dry fruits edible silver paper edible colour METHOD- peel the parwal and make a cut in the middle. remove the seed inside the parwal , now do the same with each parwal . heat 2 glass of water in a pan , now put parwal in it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes till the parwal becomes transparent. sieve the parwal after cooking. now mix mix khoa, crushed coconut and dry fruits. after the parwal cools down squeeze it with y0ur hands and put the khoa mixer inside it. now heat sugar and water in a pan until it becomes syrup, remember that the syrup should not be too thick and its consistency should be like that of gulab jamun, now tie the parwal with a thread and let it cook in the sugar syrup for 5-6 minutes and add edible food color. then after it cools down, open the thread and decorate it with silver paper. MUST TRY IT!

  DONUT🍩 REQUIRED- 1/2 CUP MILK 1 SMALL TABLESPOON VINEGAR 1CUP MAIDA 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR 1/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR 1/2 SMALL TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER 1/4 SMALL TABLESPOON BAKING SODA 1 PINCH SALT 1/2 SMALL TABLESPOON DALCHINI POWDER (CINNAMON POWDER) 1/4 CUP MELTED MAKHAN (BUTTER) 1 BIG TABLESPOON CURD TUTTI FRUTI GRATED COCONUT MELTED CHOCOLATE METHOD- MIX MILK AND VINEGAR IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE. MIX MAIDA ,WHEAT FLOUR ,SUGAR ,BAKING POWDER ,BAKING SODA ,SALT ,DALCHINI POWDER ,BUTTER AND CURD IN A SEPARATE BOWL.MIX MILK AND VINEGAR MIXTURE IN IT.VINEGAR IS OPTIONAL.MIX PROPERLY LIKE FLOUR AND KEEP IT COVERED FOR A W HILE. MAKE DOUGH BALLS AND LIKEWISE CUT ALL THE POODS INTO DONUT SHAPE AND FRY THEM IN GHEE TILL THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN. U CAN DECORATE IT WITH CHOCOLATE SYRUP, EDIBLE GLAZE, AND MANY MORE.   khaskhas ki chutney REQUIRED- 2 SPOON KHASKHAS  5 TOMATOES  9 BUDS OF GARLIC 5-6 ROASTED DRIED RED CHILLIES  SALT TO TASTE METHOD- ROAST THE KHASKHAS IN A PAN AND ROAST THE TOMATOES FROM ALL SIDE IN THE FIRE.WASH TOMATOES. ADD TOMATOES, KHASKHAS, AND GARLIC, SALT AND GRIND THEM IN A MIXER. YOUR KHASKHAS CHUTNEY IS READY! THANKS FOR READING!

  HOME MADE TUTTI FRUTI👆 R EQUIRED- 1/2KG PAPAYA 1/2 LEMON 2 DROPS VANILLA ESSENCE 1& 1/2 BOWL SUGAR FOOD COLOUR METHOD-  WASH AND PEEL THE PAPAYA, THEN CUTE IT INTO SMALL CUBES AND THEN WASH IT IN WATER.PUT CHOPPED PAPAYA IN A PAN,THEN ADD WATER UNTIL PAPAYA SUBMERGES THEN ADD LEMON JUICE AND BOIL TILL IT COOKS THEN SIEVE.NOW PUT SUGAR IN ANOTHER PAN AND ADD A BOWL OF WATER. COOK TILL IT IS SLIGHTLY THICK.THEN ADD THE VANILLA ESSENCE AND AFTER MIXING ADD THE FILTERED PAPAYA AND LET IT COOK.THEN TURN OFF THE GAS AFTER THE SYRUP HAS DRIED.  AFTER IT COOLS TAKE IT OUT DIFFERENT BOWLS AND THEN MIX DIFFERENT COLOURS TO IT.COVER IT AND KEEP IT FOR 24 HOURS. NEXT DAY SPREAD IT IN TISSUE PAPER AND DRY IT IN ROOM TEMPERAURE. AFTER IT GET DRIED KEEP IT IN BOX. THANKS FOR READING IT ! MUST TRY!

WHEN ALL IS COOKED WELL THEN ADD SPICES TO IT.THEN MIX SALT TO IT. NOW ADD CHOPPED BREAD TO IT AND MIX AND COOK FOR A WHILE. NOW UR YUMMY MASALA BREAD IS READY.
