REQUIRED-

1/2KG PAPAYA
1/2 LEMON
2 DROPS VANILLA ESSENCE
1& 1/2 BOWL SUGAR
FOOD COLOUR

METHOD- 

WASH AND PEEL THE PAPAYA, THEN CUTE IT INTO SMALL CUBES AND THEN WASH IT IN WATER.PUT CHOPPED PAPAYA IN A PAN,THEN ADD WATER UNTIL PAPAYA SUBMERGES THEN ADD LEMON JUICE AND BOIL TILL IT COOKS THEN SIEVE.NOW PUT SUGAR IN ANOTHER PAN AND ADD A BOWL OF WATER. COOK TILL IT IS SLIGHTLY THICK.THEN ADD THE VANILLA ESSENCE AND AFTER MIXING ADD THE FILTERED PAPAYA AND LET IT COOK.THEN TURN OFF THE GAS AFTER THE SYRUP HAS DRIED. 

AFTER IT COOLS TAKE IT OUT DIFFERENT BOWLS AND THEN MIX DIFFERENT COLOURS TO IT.COVER IT AND KEEP IT FOR 24 HOURS. NEXT DAY SPREAD IT IN TISSUE PAPER AND DRY IT IN ROOM TEMPERAURE. AFTER IT GET DRIED KEEP IT IN BOX.
