  HOME MADE TUTTI FRUTI👆 R EQUIRED- 1/2KG PAPAYA 1/2 LEMON 2 DROPS VANILLA ESSENCE 1& 1/2 BOWL SUGAR FOOD COLOUR METHOD-  WASH AND PEEL THE PAPAYA, THEN CUTE IT INTO SMALL CUBES AND THEN WASH IT IN WATER.PUT CHOPPED PAPAYA IN A PAN,THEN ADD WATER UNTIL PAPAYA SUBMERGES THEN ADD LEMON JUICE AND BOIL TILL IT COOKS THEN SIEVE.NOW PUT SUGAR IN ANOTHER PAN AND ADD A BOWL OF WATER. COOK TILL IT IS SLIGHTLY THICK.THEN ADD THE VANILLA ESSENCE AND AFTER MIXING ADD THE FILTERED PAPAYA AND LET IT COOK.THEN TURN OFF THE GAS AFTER THE SYRUP HAS DRIED.  AFTER IT COOLS TAKE IT OUT DIFFERENT BOWLS AND THEN MIX DIFFERENT COLOURS TO IT.COVER IT AND KEEP IT FOR 24 HOURS. NEXT DAY SPREAD IT IN TISSUE PAPER AND DRY IT IN ROOM TEMPERAURE. AFTER IT GET DRIED KEEP IT IN BOX. THANKS FOR READING IT ! MUST TRY!

   MASALA  BREAD  ðŸ‘€ REQUIRED- 6-7 BREAD (CHOPPED) 2 CHOPPED TOMATO 2 CHOPPED CHILLI 1 CHOPPED ONION 2 PINCH CUMIN MASALE- HALDI, DHANIYA, GARAM MASALA SALT TO TASTE METHOD- HEAT THE OIL IN A PAN, ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND FRY IT, AND THEN ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN.ADD TOMATOES AND CHILLI AND COOK. WHEN ALL IS COOKED WELL THEN ADD SPICES TO IT.THEN MIX SALT TO IT. NOW ADD CHOPPED BREAD TO IT AND MIX AND COOK FOR A WHILE. NOW UR YUMMY MASALA BREAD IS READY. SO HERE IS THE NEXT ONE.👯 FOR DOUGH:  WHEAT FLOUR- 3 BOWL SALT TO TASTE CELERY (AJWAIN) -1/2 SMALL SPOON 1/2 BOWL OIL FOR STUFF: SATTU  - 1 BOWL PUDINA ( MINT) - 1 BOWL ( CHOPPED) SALT TO TASTE ROASTED JEERA ( CRUSHED ) - 1/2TABLESPOON ROASTED RED CHILLI ( CRUSHED) - 1 SPOON FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS - 1 BIG PICKLES - 3 SPOON OR LEMON JUICE - 2 SPOON METHOD- DOUGH: IN A BOWL TAKE WHEAT FLOUR ,SALT AND AJWAIN AND MIX IT AND KNEAD IT, COVER IT AND KEEP IT FOR 20 MINUTES. STUFF:   NOW TAKE SATTU, PUDINA, SALT, JEERA ,RED CHILLI , ONION , AND PICKLE IN A BOWL FOR THE STUFFING. MIX THEM WELL . SPRINKLE LIGHT WATER SO THAT THE MIXTURE DOES NOT COME OUT FROM THE DOUGH. NOW TAKE THE DOUGH AND FILL THE MIXTURE AND ROLL IT LIGHTLY. NOW ADD OIL OR GHEE AND BAKE IT. NOW OUR TASTY PARATHA IS READY. YOU CAN EAT IT WITH PICKLE OR CURD. REQUIRED- 3 BIG BOILED POTATOES 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (MAIDA) 2-3 SPOONS OF CORN FLOUR(OPTIONAL) 2 PINCH TURMERIC POWDER (HALDI) 2 PINCH CORIANDER POWDER(DHANIYA) 1 SPOON RED CHILLI POWDER(MIRCHI) 1 SPOON GARAM MASALA SALT AS REQUIRED BREAD CRUMBS METHOD- FIRST TAKE A BOWL THEN MASH THE THREE POTATOES AND MIX TURMERIC, CORIANDER, CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA AND MIX THEM WELL.NOW POUR THE COURN FLOUR, MAIDA,AND 4 TABLESPOON BREADCRUMBS. MIX THE MIXTURE PERFECTLY. AND MAINTAIN THE CONSISTANCY. THEN MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE MIXTURE.THEN WRAP THEBALLS IN BREAD CRUMBS. THEN SHALLOW FRY THE BALLS .
