FOR DOUGH:

 WHEAT FLOUR- 3 BOWL

SALT TO TASTE

CELERY (AJWAIN) -1/2 SMALL SPOON

1/2 BOWL OIL


FOR STUFF:

SATTU  - 1 BOWL

PUDINA ( MINT) - 1 BOWL ( CHOPPED)

SALT TO TASTE

ROASTED JEERA ( CRUSHED ) - 1/2TABLESPOON

ROASTED RED CHILLI ( CRUSHED) - 1 SPOON

FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS - 1 BIG

PICKLES - 3 SPOON OR LEMON JUICE - 2 SPOON


METHOD-

DOUGH:

IN A BOWL TAKE WHEAT FLOUR ,SALT AND AJWAIN AND MIX IT AND KNEAD IT, COVER IT AND KEEP IT FOR 20 MINUTES.

STUFF: 

NOW TAKE SATTU, PUDINA, SALT, JEERA ,RED CHILLI , ONION , AND PICKLE IN A BOWL FOR THE STUFFING. MIX THEM WELL . SPRINKLE LIGHT WATER SO THAT THE MIXTURE DOES NOT COME OUT FROM THE DOUGH.


NOW TAKE THE DOUGH AND FILL THE MIXTURE AND ROLL IT LIGHTLY. NOW ADD OIL OR GHEE AND BAKE IT. NOW OUR TASTY PARATHA IS READY. YOU CAN EAT IT WITH PICKLE OR CURD.
